CityRep Presents GREATER TUNA, Opening 6/1 (5/23/2013) - Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre closes their Eleventh Season with GREATER TUNA, the laugh-out-loud comedy by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard. Two actors play the citizenry of over 20 characters-men, women, and dogs-of fictional Tuna, Texas in this wacky satire of small-town life. This production is rated PG for Adult Language.

SESAME STREET's Alan Muraoka to Direct Lyric's THE KING AND I, 6/9-13 (5/14/2013) - Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma hasn't presented the beloved Rodgers and Hammerstein musical THE KING AND I since 1983, but this summer the production will return with a vengeance, featuring a powerful cast and creative team, July 9-13 at the Civic Center Music Hall, as part of Lyric's 50th Anniversary Season. THE KING AND I will be directed by 'Sesame Street' star Alan Muraoka, known as Al on the show.

Lyric Theatre to Kick Off 50th Summer Season with TARZAN, 6/25-29 (4/22/2013) - This June, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma will return to the Civic Center Music Hall with a high-flying, powerful production of TARZAN, starring New York-based actor Nicholas Rodriguez as the title character. Running June 25-29, the show will mark the beginning of Lyric's four-show, 50th Anniversary Summer Season and will feature an original set by Helen Hayes Award-winning scenic designer Adam Koch and Oklahoma City artist Erin Latham.

Its high farce and witty dialogue have helped make THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST Wilde's most enduringly popular play. CityRep is co-producing with TheatreOCU and Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park to provide Oklahoma City with an elegant and sumptuous production of this classic comedy. This production is rated PG.
